Monday Morning!!! Day 1

Hey Ladies!!!

Its 8:15 am and im having breakfast....ive had a cracker with scrambled egg. Thats 5g of my daily carb intake gone....lol lol Funny the first thing i go for this morning was carbs...but i did have it with egg.

Today is going tp be a busy day....my dad isnt well so from work i will be going round there. So im not to sure what time i will be getting home....im gonna be a good girl! For lunch i think i will have a protein shake...because i woke up late havent had time to prepare my lunch. I was knackered last night...anyways

Breakfast: 1 Cracker and scrambled egg.

Hey ladies!!

Its now 8.30om and ive checked out My girlie Tanya's Vid! and my ohh my you are doing so well! Ive only manged to get in 20 minutes of excercise so far...so will do another 10 minutes when i get home.

Today i havent been hungry...i think it was all that excess carb eating yesterday that has done it. so ....

BREAKFAST:
1 cracker with 2 scrambled eggs and a lil bit of onion (only had half of egg)

MID MORNING:
1 cracker with rest of egg

wasnt feeling hungry so i havent eaten anything since.....ohhhh actually im lying!!! i had an orange about 3pm because i found it lingering in my desk! lol

LIQUIDS
1 LITRE (1000ML)

i havent got a clue how many calories....the crackers were 5.8g of carbs each so that 11.6g and the orange..it was only a small one...i dont have a clue...Tanya??? help??! lol

havent been feeling hungry at all today...and was really busy at work...

Ok im heading home because i really need to lay down, im so tired and my back hurts from standing up cooking!!! (not cooking for me lol) and i need to get home and post my lil vid before i chill out in bed!

We both did it Oh yeah! Listen don't worry about the cals honey just count the carbs - That is it... I only counted the CALS for Becky because she is doing her own diet and thought it might be good to compare notes for the first time regarding what difference there is in the cals and how much weight piles off, you see.. That is WHY I wrote those down... So DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE CALS - It is a known fact people on the Atkins do get more cals in..Also my gg your orange was 11.5g carbs so add that to your crackers lovie - You are DOING GREAT!.. SO VERY PROUD OF YOU XXXXXXXX HAVE A FAB DAY!!! Huge hugs for YOU !!! XXXX
