Hey ladies!
Well today i started off really well....i had a bag of soya nuts 100cals and 4g of carbs....i had a training morning at work, got there and it was cancelled (the third time now) so fricking pissed!! anyways the staff were telling us the training was on, but we were waiting and waiting and i called my office only to be told that it was cancelled!
So i went back home and thought...ahhh work can wait another hr n half for me to turn up, i was so pissed off lol So was getting hungry at this point and didnt have much in so i had two apples....(need to go check out the damage with the website u gave me Tan! ) hang on will go check now......
ohh shit...14.g of carbs each....!!! i told you this blog wasnt going to be good.
So anyways as soon as i get to work....i have people coming at me left right and centre....you need to do this, return that persons call, so got round to contacting people and it just goes from bad to worse! My cases that i thought were simple, straighforwrd ones start now becoming complicated! Then the manager comes in a plonks another case on my desk
because i work in a hospital team (social services) when u get a section 5 notice from the hospital you have 24 hrs to do an assessmnet and put together a complex needs care plan ready for there discharge home. So i had to run down to the hospital ward at 4.30pm and do this assessment (which took 1hr 15mis)....and im meant to finsih at 5....
then came back to the office to type it all up....anyways let me get to the point...wasnt able to finsih it because i got chucked out of the building, cos they were lcoking up......was hungry was pissed off and needed energy i had about 6 seasmea crackers....which on top of my carb intake already i blew it!!
IM SORRY TAN......fell crappy! I mean for goodnes sake its only day two and look at what im doing....i knew this first week was gonna be hard...but gosh...!

Listen honey you have eaten below 1000 cals so you will still lose - DON'T WORRY - One day it will all fall into place. I tell you being in a stressful job is a major pain in the jacksy. When you are trying to control emotional eating < if you do it> I do... Hell I am really bad at that..
Also you need to keep some nuts in your back my suggestion is macademia, Almond or Brazil Nut. Then when you are feeling a peek you just have about 3 and they will keep you going. When counting Carbs don't forget to take away the fiber from the carb so you get the NET Carb < The carb Your body gets. Cause fiber carbs the body does not take in....
Keep some flavoured water on you too for sugar cravings and keep your fridge filled up with 3 different things .
no 1 :- I have egg muffins - 7 eggs bashed together . I precooked some brocolli , asparagus, ham, and mince put those in the bottom of my 12 muffin silicon shaper and shared my 7 eggs over them . Very substancial when you need a quick grab.
No 2 : Ham and Philidelphia rolled up - Oh sooo yummie
No 3 : tomatoes that I fill with Tuna and mayo flavoured with garlic...
No 4 : I am carrying some pepperami Sticks with me too...
