Week 2..Day 3....8pm and NOT done excercise yet!! ohhhh myyy!!

Hey all....well today has been such a busy day....yep you guessed it i didnt wanna get up again! and i was trying to charge one of my phone even though i knew it wouldnt work....lmao!! silly cow!! But i just got an email saying that my charger had been shipped, so fingers crossed tomorrow i will be with phone and video camera woooo hoo!

I have been finding this week really hard...i wasnt hungry this morning as i had eaten so much yesterday....so i went to work with my proetin shake in tow....but did i drink it?? NO!! i had 3 glases of flavoured water for breakfast....? if u can call it that?? and a bag of soya nuts for a mid morning snack...for lunch i had crackers with some chicken mayo on them and for dinner i had a fried egg omlette with a lil bit of onion, mushroom and peppers...i really need to stop over eating....i dont know if it i eat to fast...because while im eating it i feel fine, its only after that i feel ive eaten to much....

so far i have only done about 10 minutes of walking...so i still have 20 minutes of execrcise left to do....and guess what its 8pm...and i still havent done it yet!

The good news is...i will do it...as i got my dvd's!!! wooo hooo...Tan im burning your copys as we speak!!! lol lol or should i say as i type! lol

Im off to do some excercise....i watched a few minutes of yoga for teh bigger body...and lets just say i wont be doing that vid any time soon...i know i work for a hospital....but i really dont want to end up as a patient having done something in my body in.....lol lol

im gonna give the michelle macmanus dvd a whirl and see how it goes!!! Tan what a fab idea!!!! You are FABULOUS!!!!

Ok so its 9pm and im sweating like a pig!!! but my gosh am i pissed off....out of all the hundreds of videos that i had teh choice to pick....i went and picked the crappiest of them all!! The yoga one i cant do....because although it for a bigger body, there is no way i can do teh stuff on the...although its not the high impact sweaty kinda dvd. the second michelle mcmanus.....ohh goodness....i was swearing at the tv f'in and blinding...the moves are ok....but they spend to much bloddy time talking about the moves....im liek for **** sake just get on with it and do it! and when there doing the moves they only did like 6 -10 of them....i was standing there just making up my own stuff...second i did my knee in try to do the turn...i just heard it go crunch...and i had to sit down for a lil while, couldnt put weight on it!! so i got fed up with that and had to turn it off....there are like 5 or 6 15 minute work outs....half of them where on teh floor....so then i was like "next" on the remote control...i was fuming so pissed off!! Tan you may like it more than me.....but i found that they were spending to much time gasing telling u how to do the moves and not really doing them enough...everyones different but i wasnt feeling it....so on to the third dvd...thr gentle fitness....OHHH GOSH i think it was filmed in like 1940....there all on the bed..doing these leg movements...i was like ohhh FOR GOODNESSS SAKE, YOU KIDDING ME???!!!

i was not going to be defeated i was going to get the rest of my exercise in today no matter what....sO YOU WILL never guess what i ended up doing?? YEP walk away the pounds!!! LOL LOL the video that i was trying not to do cos i was bored....but ended up doing it anyway.....THOSE VIDEOS ARE GOING IN THE POST TOMORROW FIRST THING!!!

I HAVE GOT A STICH...i dont know if it was when i was doing the weight section on the michelle macmanus dvd....but i could feel some pain around the port area....but i will be fine! so that bring me to an end for toady...catch you all tomorrow!!

This week is hard for me to - The honeymoon period is over and I am sure once we find some exercise we enjoy then we will pick up and know that things will improve :0) .. I bet our subcontious wants us to go back to what we know and is protesting. LETS KICK THE SHIT OUT OF IT!!!! No we are losing and improving... LMAO ...

Just think Three more days to go then we will be on week three - it will get better you will see. xxxx
